This course of 5 sessions
is an introduction to what it means to be a Day Player
and what the actor can expect when cast.
I will be drawing on my extensive experience and creating situations
in which the participants will find themselves
in the nearest possible setup that one can do online
to the reality of what you will face on the day.

It is not about ‘acting’ per se –
although I will be including many tips
as to how to get your performance
the best it can possibly be under the circumstances.

 

The course will consist of five 1 hour sessions;

Session 1 - What happens when you get cast.

Session 2 - From the self tape to the set. (creating a back story)

Session 3 - Looking at the rushes

Session 4 - How to survive the editor

Session 5 - The importance of reactions

They will be available on Eventbrite. 
Session 1 will be free of charge - the others will be $40 each. 
One can book them separately and/or book them from several courses
which will be run over the next few months.
